Because each tribute is custom-created and deeply personal, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we want your tribute to feel just right. That’s why every order includes a preview and two rounds of loving revisions before anything is finalized.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
