FAQs
Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes! You can upload up to five photos. If you want to change them later, just let us know when we send your preview — we’re happy to swap them before anything is printed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You’ll receive your personalized tribute preview within 48–72 hours. Once you approve it, we’ll ship your printed or framed piece within 3–5 business days. Digital tributes arrive by email right after approval.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We want it to feel just right. Every tribute includes two loving revisions and a preview before anything is printed. While custom products aren’t refundable, if anything arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $30. Digital tributes can be sent anywhere in the world with no shipping fee.
